- Ensure your property is sold by a Seeff Agent during the exclusive sole mandate period and within the competition period.
- The sale transaction must become unconditional (all suspensive conditions fulfilled) within the competition period.
Eligibility for
Competition Entry:
- Any legal entity - natural person or legal entity - is eligible for entry.
- Existing exclusive sole mandates need to be re-signed within the competition period to be eligible for entry.
- There are no restrictions or conditions for entry into the Competition in respect of the immovable property type (i.e. vacant land, freehold property, sectional title units, commercial properties, and residential and agricultural properties all qualify).

01I own vacant land. Is this eligible for entry into the competition?
Yes, any type of immovable property is eligible for entry. This includes vacant land, commercial and agricultural property.
02How do I enter?
Contact your nearest Seeff branch and make an appointment to see one of our area specialist agents who will handle the listing of your property.
03What if my property is already listed with Seeff on Sole Mandate?
If you listed your property with Seeff on Sole Mandate before 1 June 2024, you would need to contact the agent and renew the mandate to commence from 1 June 2024. The mandate must be sold within the competition period to be eligible for entry.
04Does the competition extend to include rental properties?
No, the competition applies to property sales only.
05Does the competition apply to sales outside South Africa?
The competition applies to all sales in regions/countries where Seeff has an office. This includes Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, eSwatini. Malawi, DRC, Mauritius and Dubai,
06Will the final draw be audited?
Yes. The competition closes on 30 April 2025, and the draw will be conducted by Seeff's auditors, BDO.
07How many times can I enter?
Each sole mandate property sold within the competition entry counts for a single entry.
08Can I enter if I have a dual or open mandate with Seeff?
No, only properties that have been listed exclusively on sole mandate with Seeff are eligible for entry
