Charmaine Finniss has over 25 years of sales experience, both locally and internationally. These decades of experience in varied markets and trading conditions have developed her ability to easily connect with people of different backgrounds. This is a vital skill in our current and future real estate market as our clients are diverse and from a myriad of different backgrounds. She is able to bridge the gap between seller, property and buyer.

Charmaine switched track to real estate sales in 2019 and won Rookie of the year in 2020, born out of a long-time interest in the property market and quickly gained success. Her excellent results come from her methodology of developing the right action plan for each of her clients, as well as her dedicated hard work and network of clients.

As a resident of the Fourways area for over 10 years, she has built up a personal and professional network that she can leverage. Charmaine is entrenched in the community and is based in the office of Seeff Fourways. She constantly has her ear on the ground in terms of market trends and changes.
