Charmaine is originally from Hartenbos and surrounding areas and thus knows the Hartenbos and Surrounding areas like the palm of her hand. Hartenbos is the destination of choice for retirees and remote working options have opened the migration gate even wider to economically active buyers. She has over 14 years of experience in the property industry as an administrator and therefore knows the ins and outs of real estate. This is also where her passion for real estate started. Currently, she is also a half-day administrator for two of the four Seeff offices in the Mossel Bay and surrounding areas.

Because of her passion to assist people to get their needs met, she also did holiday rentals for a period of 5 years. This is where she mastered the art of dealing with very demanding and difficult clients. Most important to her is the relationship that is built through trust, integrity, ethics, and respect.

She recently also joined the industry as a residential sales agent specializing in the Hartenbos and Hartenbos Heuwels area. “I strive to offer the best service to both Sellers and Buyers offering Professionalism and consistent Service, providing regular feedback and follow-ups building trusted relationships.” She understands that buying and selling Real Estate is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life.
