Danie Goosen

I have been a part of the Property Industry since 1982, which is more than 38 Years in total. My love for property started when I was involved in Property Development with Saambou Bank. I believe that my success in the industry has a lot to do with my ability to deal with people, in an honest and meaningful way. I have experience in Sales and Rentals but have decided to focus on rentals.

My vast experience I have built up in these 38 years in the different sectors of the industry, I believe assists me in having knowledge and wisdom about the industry . I have been a part of Marketing, Public relations and Operations, and understand every aspect of the industry.
I pride myself in understanding both the landlord's and tenant's needs and finding a compromise or solution in every situation. I love solving problems and giving advice when needed.

I also believe it is very important to keep on growing and learning new things, and that is why I keep up-to-date with the newest courses and training in the industry.
