My banking career began back in 1988 when I first joined Standard Bank. I spent 14 years working in the home loans division, where I gained a wealth of experience, particularly in the new loans and repossessions department. Little did I know that this experience would serve as a strong foundation for my current role as a real estate agent.

In 2002, I faced a setback as I was retrenched from my job. It was a challenging time, but I decided to take a break for two years to regroup and plan my next move. In 2005, I embarked on a new journey by joining Barclays International Wealth. My role there primarily involved administration, but it also included a unique opportunity – traveling with a Director to Kenya and Tanzania to assist in Investment Business. This experience broadened my horizons and allowed me to explore different aspects of the financial world.

Unfortunately, I faced another retrenchment in 2010, and once again, I decided to take a two-year break to reflect and recharge. In 2013, I decided to pivot my career and joined Jazmax Real Estate Agency. Over the course of a year, I immersed myself in the real estate business, gaining valuable knowledge and insights.

In 2014, I made another move, this time joining Rawson Real Estate. My six years with Rawson allowed me to further develop my expertise in the real estate industry. However, as 2020 came to a close, I felt it was time for a new challenge.

In February 2021, I made the pivotal decision to join Seeff, and I can confidently say that I have never looked back. My journey with Seeff has been nothing short of amazing. I have had the privilege of working alongside the most wonderful and supportive team – it truly feels like a family. Seeff's core values resonate deeply with me, with "passion" and "integrity" standing out as my top favorites. To me, integrity means choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain, and this principle guides my daily work.

I am determined to utilize these values to the best of my ability, shining a light on the real estate industry and achieving success. My areas of expertise cover Morningside, Essenwood, and Musgrave, with Morningside being my predominant area of focus, given my long-time residence in the area.

In conclusion, my career journey has been marked by twists and turns, each contributing to my growth and shaping me into the real estate professional I am today. With Seeff, I have found not just a company but a home, where my passion and commitment to integrity can truly flourish, helping clients find their dream homes in the beautiful neighborhoods of Morningside, Essenwood, and Musgrave.
