Erika Van Der Walt

I live in Jeffreys Bay with my husband and ten-year-old son. I have been living in Jeffreys for since and have been with Seeff Jeffreys Bay for 8 years.

I matriculated in 1987 at Edenvale at Edenvale High, after which I started working for a family business, Conflo, as receptionist in 1988. I was with them for three years. I moved on to work for a medical company, Sutures Research Laboratories where the sales department peaked my interest and I started working as an internal salesclerk for the medical representatives. I got promoted to head of internal sales and after a year in the position, the director of the company realised that I had a passion for sales and he offered me a position a medical representative. I learned a lot about working with people from all different walks of life and after two years I was headhunted by BBraun, a multinational company to join their sales team. I worked for them until 2007, when I got retrenched.

I moved to Rustenburg in 2008 and got married to my husband the following year. After we relocated to Bloemfontein, I was approached by Zebra Medical and became a part of their sales team on a part time basis until I fell pregnant with my son in 2012. I resigned to spend more time with my baby and my husband, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008. After he was placed on disability, we made the decision to move to Jeffreys Bay to raise our son.

I met Laurika Nieuwenhuis from Seeff Jeffreys Bay while we were house hunting and she offered me an opportunity to join the team as Seeff and I have been with the company ever since.


I have always had a passion for people and the sales industry is in my blood. I enjoy building relationships and I look forward to finding you your dream home.
