Hennie is a qualified lawyer and dynamic real estate and property professional with a proven track record of integrity.
His career spans 40 years of which the last 12 years has been in “semi- retirement” where he has been running a successful real estate and property advisory business, incorporating his legal expertise and business acumen to enhance the value offered to his clients and the community.
Until 2012, Hennie was actively involved in the legal profession, starting his career as a public prosecutor and transitioning into private practice. His specialisation includes civil and commercial litigation, corporate and commercial law, property, and labour law, with a focus on mediations and arbitrations. Hennie held key roles at large industrial and mining companies including Head of Corporate Affairs, acting Chief Operations Officer, and Company Secretary.
His qualifications include B-Iuris (RAU), BProc (UNISA), DPLR (Unisa SBL) and he is an accredited Court Annexed Mediator and a Certified Commissioner trained by the CCMA. Hennie’s analytical thinking and communication skills as well as his ethical judgment and ability to build trusted relationships have been instrumental in his success.
