Jade Smith

After graduating Cum Laude with an Industrial Engineering degree from TUKKIES and getting down and dirty at one of the largest mineral sand mines in South Africa, Jade decided to throw in her boots and change career paths.

Although Real Estate was a different line of work for her, she had been raised by parents who had lived and breathed property for over 15 years and as a result the words “buying” and “selling” were used as interchangeable as “Please make me a cup of coffee” in her household.

Her background in engineering instilled in her a determined, hard-working spirit while always looking for ways to be innovative, solve problems and find the best solution to everything around her. But do not be fooled by the engineering background - her need for adrenaline and culture has seen her jumping out of airplanes, diving in freezing waters and joining in on the “Sirtaki”. More than just an academic, Jade is a dynamic lady with an enormous amount of energy and spunk.
