For over two decades, Mike and Karen have designed many beautiful homes in and around Cape Town, infusing their designs with creativity, functionality, and a touch of magic. As the co-founders of their own architectural design business, they've shaped spaces where dreams take flight and visions find form.

In 2009, their adventurous spirit beckoned them beyond the horizon. Sailing across the Atlantic on their yacht Faith with their two intrepid children, aged 16 and 12, they embraced the thrill of discovery and made Antigua in the Caribbean their home. There, amidst the azure waters and gentle trade winds, they charted a new course, founding Lighthouse Yachting Ltd, a beacon of excellence in the world of yacht brokerage.

For six years, they navigated the currents of entrepreneurship, crafting bespoke experiences for clients seeking the ultimate maritime adventure. Yet, the call of the waves and the allure of their native South Africa led them back to Jeffreys Bay, where Mike's passion for surfing found its perfect break.

Embracing the art of transformation, Karen and Mike turned their focus to land, renovating homes with a blend of craftsmanship and Karen's flair for interior decorating and woodwork. Their latest masterpiece complete, they've set their sights on a new horizon, joining Seeff Properties as agents.
