Lolly Unterslak

This is Lolly's mantra by which she has lived her life both personally and professionally.
Having worked in the real estate sector for over 30 years, in multiple cities, markets and roles, Lolly is now situated precisely in the right place with the right brand to achieve her goals of going beyond her limits and producing results.

Lolly's experience in the real estate sector both in Joburg and Cape Town includes sales in freehold housing and sectional titles in the entry-level and luxury markets. She has been a sales manager, trained property consultants and owned her franchise.

Lolly was also among the first to obtain her NQF4 in the real estate sector and qualified as an assessor for Services SETA.

Lolly comes from a background in the performing arts and is a qualified counselor and a National Tourist guide. She has raised and educated four children as a single mom. All of the above life experiences have given her the skills, empathy and confidence to guide all involved parties in an effortless and enjoyable real estate transaction.
