Michelle started her career in banking. She worked for Allied Bank in 1985 and then moved over to Permanent Bank, a division of Nedbank Ltd in 1994. In the time that she was with the bank she completed her CAIB (SA) in Banking. She held various positions working her way up to Bank Manager in 1999.
In May 2007 she purchased a Seeff License in Scottburgh. She grew the the Seeff presence on the South Coast. Opened the Amanzimtoti Licence in 2014 and later the Hibiscus Coast Licence in 2018 and bought the Jeffreys Bay License in the Eastern Cape in November 2022.
With all her years working at the bank and then owning her own Company. She has gained an in depth knowledge of the financial and property industry.
A highlight in her career was wining the prestigious Super Gold award with the Nedbank group. She also won the prestigious Chairman's award for the Seeff KZN region in 2018. Licensee of the year, Division 5 for Mid-South Coast License in 2013 through to 2021.
