Niel Brand

Born and bred in the beautiful mother city, Niel and his family decided it’s time for a new adventure and moved to a small town called Tulbagh. Niel started working as an entrepreneur at a young age, always looking for the next best opportunity to make a profit and always had a passion for people and helping them to achieve their dreams.

He started in the sales industry at a cellular company in Cape Town in 2008 where he really started living his dream for the corporate sales industry. In 2010 Niel was presented with the opportunity to move back to his hometown Tulbagh and to further his passion for helping people, he joined Seeff Tulbagh. He started with rentals and later found himself to be a successful sales agent. Niel was awarded as one of the top property practitioners for Sales and Marketing in the Seeff group.

Riebeek Kasteel was the town of choice for Niel and his wife when they relocated in 2020. After working at a smaller agency for a couple of years he decided to re-join the Seeff family in 2023. Niel was given the opportunity to start as a sales agent with the Seeff Malmesbury branch.
Niel believes in going the extra mile for his clients. When it comes to a sales transaction and building a strong relationship with his clients, he walks with them every step of the way. “I have a passion for the property industry and enjoy connecting buyers with the property of their dreams”.
In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys what life has to offer.
