Pam Smit

Pam Smit grew up in Northcliff Johannesburg where her family owned a real estate business. She helped out in various fields of the business whilst studying at Wits. She qualified as a High School Teacher from the University of Witwatersrand in 1987. Pam moved down to Amanzimtoti on the South Coast in 1994 and opened Memories Restaurant, which she owned & ran for 28 years. It became a well-known & very supported Restaurant situated in Athlone Park, Amanzimtoti. She joined Seeff Amanzimtoti as a Director in 2014 when her friend opened a Seeff in the area.

With her wealth of knowledge in the property industry and abundance of Client relationships she has built up over her 28 years of being in the restaurant and her passion for the Seeff brand has earned her trust in the community and success as a Real Estate Agent in the Amanzimtoti Area. Her 3 beautiful children have all grown up & moved away from Amanzimtoti which enticed Pam to spread her wings once more & she recently made a move down to the beautiful area of Knysna in the Garden Route of the Western Cape. Her mom & brother have lived in the area for a number of years & Pam decided it was her time to move closer to her family. Pam stayed with the Seeff brand of Real Estate in Knysna & joined Gail Rimbault & her team as an agent. With her experience in the industry & her expertise in the property market, Pam hopes to get into the Knysna market & excel as she did previously. Her idea is to network & make new friends as much as possible & she believes once people know you & trust you as a person they are happy to trust you with their property needs.
