I started in Banking in a small town in Rhodesia, as a Ledger keeper - long before computers and fax machines. Due to the size of the branch, I worked with all the different Banking sections.

I then started in the Casino industry, due to my banking experience, and Managed the Cash departments. Developed the Procedure manuals and statistical analysis of revenue-generating departments. As a work smarter than harder person, I developed the groundwork for the first Casino Management system, which incorporated all the interlinking departments and reduced the time in capturing and reporting on revenue and as a bonus flagged suspicious activity. This was presented to various Software Companies to develop a proper system, which was then rolled out to other Gaming companies and adopted by various international companies.

I made my move to the Operational side of the gaming industry and became a bit of a boffin in the Industry, hence the Head-hunting to open the first Casino on the island of St Lucia in the West Indies. I was selected to be part of the introduction of the Digital East Caribbean Dollar Facilitators. Alas, Lockdown saw the end of this and had to return to South Africa.

I therefore decided to reinvent myself outside of the hospitality industry and approached Seeff. Now I am focused on Rentals and Holiday letting.
