She started her position as National Training Manager to establish the Training Academy in November 2010 for Seeff Properties. Ronel's position was changed to National HRD Manager in 2015.
Ronel is a representative for REBOSA on the Services SETA Real Estate Chamber committee as well as the Services SETA Western Cape Provincial Forum.
