Stephen Sharwood

Stephen is from an old Fish Hoek family and spent his school years at both Fish Hoek Primary and High schools.

Stephen joined a Commercial Bank in 1981, where he spent 37 years. The bank allowed him to take an early retirement and left with significant experience in business banking, finishing his banking career as a Relationship Manger, with a portfolio of business clients.

Stephen have lived locally in the Noordhoek Valley for 13 years and now live in Fish Hoek. He is involved in two Community Sports Clubs, as the Chairman of Satori Athletics Club and Secretary of the Masiphumelele Rugby Club, both based at the Noordhoek Sports Fields. In addition Stpehen is the Treasurer for the Noordhoek Municipal Facility Management Committee, who oversee the management of the Noordhoek Sports complex in Katzenellenbogen Road.

This combination of skills made Stephen decide to "restart" his working career in the property business. Having built up experience on the banking and financial side of property transactions, this move to Real Estate will be an advantage to buyers and sellers alike.
