Tracey Reid-Daly

For Tracey, selling property is more than a career. It is a lifestyle and opportunity to find the perfect match for both sellers and buyers alike. After 13 years' experience in the Kommetjie region, she has more than earned the title of area specialist. She believes that selling property is not a once off event as relationships continue to grow and buyers and sellers have become friends.

After selling her successful business which she founded and managed for 17 years, Tracey followed her dream to move to the South Peninsula, settling in the Kommetjie and Scarborough region. She completed a stimulating course in Real Estate at UCT and discovered her hidden passion for property, literally taking to it like a duck to water.
Success followed quickly for this committed agent and within her first year, she achieved her targets and Gold Club Status for a leading property company for a further 4 years. Further success followed at her next employer and she soon consistently achieved Premier Club Award Status.

Tracey has now joined the very successful Seeff False Bay team, specialising in Kommetjie and Surrounds.

Tracey loves spending time connecting with her creative daughter going to art galleries and exhibitions and dining in good restaurants. She also enjoys hiking, spending quality time with friends and family, daily beach and mountain walks with her "fur child" and is a big believer in taking time out to rejuvenate and relax. Her interests are in spiritual growth, psychology, nature, music, business and her charities of choice which include homeless shelters, sea rescue, animal rescue and the WWF.
