Umhlanga has been Warren’s stomping ground for over 55 years. He’s seen the area transform from little more than dirt roads to the inspiring metropolis that it is today. They say that home is where the heart is and what with family, friends and business all located in Umhlanga, that is certainly the case for Warren. Home is Umhlanga – pure and simple – and he’d never consider moving.
Warren started in property in 1998 after a stint in the clothing industry. His first opportunity came via his late dad and Ken ‘O Connor of The Oyster Box fame. Although much has changed in the industry over time, Warren remains passionate about serving his community and is a huge advocate of the area. He’s mindful of the fact that there has been much positive investment in the area at a time when other places in South Africa are in dire need of a financial boost.
A major career highlight for Warren was the acquisition of Seeff Umhlanga alongside his wife, Anni and son, Brett in 2013. These days, Warren is less involved in the day to day running of the business, but having lived in Umhlanga some 55 years, his contribution to the team is invaluable.
Together, Anni and Warren, are household names; the original stalwarts of the property business in Umhlanga.
