Manzini is the largest city in eSwatini, it is also the capital of the Manzini Region. It is the second largest urban centre behind Mbabane. Manzini is the commercial hub of eSwatini.
The region of Manzini borders the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. To the north is the Hhohho region, with Lubombo to the east and Shiselweni in the south.
