Why choose Seeff for your rental
Marketing your rental property
Managing your rental property
Our rental team can cover your day-to-day landlord responsibilities.
As your representative, we can assist with lease agreements, inspection reports, key handover forms, and snag lists. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the income you generate.
We’ll also manage your landlord-tenant relationship, ensuring a positive leasing experience for all parties.
Evictions can and do happen. As Seeff is registered with TPN (Tenant Profile Network), who are registered with the Credit bureau, we have your back. We can instruct TPN to provide a letter of demand and blacklist tenants when and where necessary. Plus, we can send eviction and notice to vacate letters and provide debt collection through TPN.
Evictions
Our specialist attorneys focus to a large extent on rental law, assisting landlords and property practitioners with the interpretation of lease agreements, enforcement of the terms of such agreements, and when necessary, the eviction of illegal occupants from residential, commercial and industrial properties.
In addition, SSLR's seasoned conveyancing team ensures efficient and expeditious transfers, while also providing expert advice regarding registrations of various property investment structures to mitigate risk and optimise return on investment.
Our firm has a longstanding relationship with the Seeff Property Group and we are honoured to be the drafting attorneys of all Seeff rental documentation, including lease agreements and mandates. The SSLR advisory team is also trusted by Seeff Property Group to provide legally accurate and objective guidance regarding disputes between landlords and tenants. Furthermore, we are proudly and exclusively responsible for providing legal rental training to the Group nationally, since 2018.
We truly value our kinship with the Seeff Property Group, knowing that this relationship effectively serves not only their landlords and tenants, but ultimately contributes to the growth of Southern Africa's property industry at large.
