29 Klein Constantia launched

As if living in the beautiful suburb of Constantia is not enough, you can now invest in a new luxury home in a boutique security estate. Steven Holvec, Developments and Commercial Manager for Seeff Southern Suburbs says that the estate offers a secure and healthy lifestyle surrounded by the beautiful mountain and vineyards of the Constantia Valley.

The estate, 29 Klein Constantia, offers just 8 new double-storey homes, each on average 370sqm with a private pool set in a 535sqm landscaped garden. There are also landscaped communal grounds, walkways and public areas for owners to enjoy at their leisure.

The estate comes with top class security with a 24-hour guarded gate house and single entry access control. The architectural design follows the Cape vernacular style and each home has a private pool, double-glazed windows with ‘Intruderprufe’ film, a choice of Hans Grohe fittings, a Smeg oven and extractor and crystallite basins and baths. The homes will also be fibre and ‘Smart Spaces Home Automation’ ready. The gardens will be landscaped.

Prices range from R11.995m including VAT with no transfer duty payable.

Holvec says that 29 Klein Constantia embodies everything that is desirable about living in the affluent Constantia neighbourhood. It is situated in the lush, leafy Upper Constantia area and provides all the security of estate living combined with the space and tranquillity of owning your own home surrounded by landscaped gardens amongst stretches of a protected greenbelt.

Constantia ranks as one of the top neighbourhoods in the country and is an excellent investment. Property values have grown consistently at well above average rates according to data from FNB, says Holvec. The suburb is particularly attractive for family and professional buyers.

While it offers a tranquil lifestyle in a very green area with Old Oak trees and vineyards, it offers excellent facilities including top class schools. There is also a diversity of excellent one-stop shopping centres with good restaurants, coffee shops, deli's, antique shops, art galleries and boutiques along with fitness centres and sport clubs. There are three golf clubs in close proximity including Steenberg.
