March has been an interesting month for us at Seeff St Francis Bay!

Last week, some of our team members attended the Regional Awards in George, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them. Their dedication, hard work, and willingness to serve their clients are truly inspiring.
A special congratulations to Megan, our holiday rental star, who won the Rookie Rental Agent of the Year award! Her dedication to going the extra mile for both tenants and landlords, along with achieving the highest holiday rental figures in the region, earned her this well-deserved recognition. We have plenty of testimonials to prove just how incredible she is!
As Seeff continues to serve the St Francis area, we’re excited to announce the addition of new Sales and Long-Term Rental agents to our growing team. Keep an eye out for our next newsletter, where we’ll introduce them to you!
In other news... The Minister of Finance has announced that, effective 1 April 2025, the Property Transfer Duty threshold will increase from R1.1 million to R1.21 million. This means more savings for buyers and a great opportunity for those looking to invest in property!
