Where is Constantia located?
Constantia is situated about 15 kilometres south of the centre of Cape Town. The Constantia Valley lies to the east of and at the foot of the Constantiaberg mountain. Constantia Nek is a low pass linking to Hout Bay in the west.

Notable wine estates in the area to visit along the Constantia Wine Route include Groot Constantia, Steenberg, Buitenverwachting, Klein Constantia, Constantia Uitsig, Constantia Glen, Eagles’s Nest, Silvermist Vineyards and Beau Constantia.
There are a variety of tours available on the Constantia wine route that allows visitors to take part in wine tasting at the vineyards. In addition to this there are numerous opportunities to enjoy fine dining experiences featuring both local and international fare.
