Let's talk about thinking out the box and working during the very abnormal circumstances of Lockdown. At Seeff Hillcrest our normal office environment is a personal haven for our agents within which they flourish whilst enjoying a very professional environment shared by well qualified and like-minded colleagues. The switch to Lockdown and working remotely was no real headache at all because we were used to supporting each other as a team anyway and this just continued tenfold as we all worked from our homes.
Our working relationship seemed to grow exponentially as we became only happy to help our colleagues over the phone and then progressed to Zoom meetings and sharing all sorts of new ways to work successfully. We even recruited two new interns into our branch over Zoom interviews and were able to link them into our internal training systems and hours of face to face interaction on Zoom and the mentoring that happened during Lockdown was invaluable to them when we re-opened. They joined our office confident and rearing to go all making multiple offers in their first month!
Our forward-thinking director Gregg Wilson rained together our admin team and the Lockdown ideas that were created set us a cut above the rest and resulted in a number of sales being concluded remotely during Lockdown. So, when we reopened, we returned to the office, masked and dangerous! We put all our new learned lockdown "secrets" into play and were A for AWAY. We at Seeff Hillcrest have had the best sales months ever (June and July) and continue into our next exciting chapters of "Home is Our Story"!
