Soul in Salt River

Soul in Salt River is a holistic center dedicated to creative and healing energies in Cape Town.


The owners, Conrad and Sanet, both come from corporate backgrounds and are much happier to be living and working their dreams at Soul. They are also passionate about helping with local community projects and initiatives in the area.


The space has a photographic studio that hosts photography and Photoshop workshops, a vertical veggie garden and a Sewing Makers station available for rental for creative projects.


Soul has various daily mindful and wellness classes such as Vinyasa Yoga, Max Meditation, beginners Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and art and crafts activities.


They also sell pre-made boxes with organic vegetables and breads, books, cards, jewellery, incense, candles and crystals and have a coffee shop with great coffee, a huge selection of organic teas, light meals, delectable cakes and snacks, and homemade soups on offer. Catering for functions and deliveries to local businesses are also available.
