The right attorney for the job

Not all Attorneys are created equal.  They all start their career with the completion of their LLB or Bachelor of Law.  A specialty is then chosen such as; family law, litigation, immigration, conveyancing, etc.

It is crucial to choose a well-established Conveyancing Attorney when selling your property.  The transfer of a property into the name of a new owner is a speciality with many moving parts.  We know first-hand the nightmare and frustration when the wrong Attorney gets appointed.

In the wrong hands, there could be serious delays that will cost you more in the end.  And once in the wrong hands moving it to another Attorney will cost you even more money and delays.

Discuss your Conveyancing Attorney options with your Real Estate Agent.  Through time and experience we can refer you to those Attorneys we know will give you great service.  We can assist with getting quotes from various firms we have worked with in the past.  This will help you make the best choice.

Keep in mind that there is nothing in this for your Real Estate Agent.  Your frustration is ours as we go through this process right by your side. After all, we only get paid on successful registration.  We want a speedy, successful transfer and a happy Client.

Please do not make the mistake that so many Sellers make.  Do not choose your Attorney based on loyalty to a family friend or the family Attorney.  Make the wise choice, pick the Attorney that will take care of you and your biggest asset
