Downstairs, you'll find an open-plan TV lounge and dining room with a kitchen, massive stacking doors seamlessly melt with an outdoor patio, brick braai, and a back garden with boma to the free-flowing living spaces inside. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Extras like a dishwasher, Nespresso Machine, Sodastream, Airfyer, and much more make for an absolute worry-free stay.
Upstairs bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and a bunk bed with its own little lounge, treated with mountain views and some sea views. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and desk for someone who needs to get a little work done with serene mountain views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have double beds with a balcony, crashing waves in the distance. All the bedrooms upstairs share two bathrooms, where you will also find a washer and dryer making those longer stays more comfortable.
The home is fully walled with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sea and sand. For added security, the home is fitted with an alarm system, and secure parking behind a gate for four vehicles.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
- There is no access to a garage.
