- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- This home has no Wifi, DSTV is switched on at R35.00 extra per day on request only.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, parking behind gate for one vehicle and on the sidewalk in front of the home.
