Fiber is available with a SmartTV to log in to your own DSTV & Netflix accounts, you can stay connected throughout your stay. The Villa has an inverter so there will be no downtime for you.

The bedrooms in this Villa are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Upstairs bedrooms one and two have twin beds, each with private en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom three boasts a king bed with a balcony and sea views as well as a full en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Downstairs bedroom four has two single beds and bedroom five features a double bed these bedrooms share a bathroom, making them an ideal space for kids or young guests. Lastly, bedroom six provides a cozy retreat with a double bed, its own fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom.

The Villa is fully walled with secure parking behind a gate and under a carport. The pool has a safety net.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- A minimum 14-night stay is required for bookings between 16 December and 16 January.
- During long weekends and school holidays, a minimum 3-night stay applies.
- At other times of the year, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
- No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on 25 December or 01 January.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner permits an exception, a pet cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No additional linen or towels are provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- These are self-catering accommodations. Housekeeping services are not provided; guests must make their own arrangements.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
- There is no access to a garage, secure parking behind the gate, and under the carport for 4 vehicles.
- Long-term rental inquiries (over 3 months) will not be entertained.
- Monthly rentals during the peak season (December/January) are not available.
