What a fabulous holiday destination on the North Side of Leisure Island, Knysna. This home offers so much including plenty of space and lots of activities for the entire family. The house is a sunny, open plan design with the kitchen and living areas opening up onto a big lawn and 10 m swimming pool. The patio is sheltered and warm for super long lunches and evening entertainment. On one side of the patio there is a 12 seater oak table with gas braai as well as traditional wood braai, on the other side there is a lounge area to enjoy a sundowner or simply relax.

The house is situated opposite Steenbok Park with lovely views over the park towards the water and a short walk from Bollard Bay. There is a separate games room for the children with a pool and table tennis table. The kitchen has a large Bosch stove and oven, microwave with double door freezer. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Evelyn, the housekeeper will work at least 2 x per week (extra cost) . Four bedrooms, sleeping 8 people.
