Very private and modern home located in the famous St Francis Bay Village. It is located close to the beach and the Village Shopping Center, and the whole house runs on solar power and borehole water.
When you step through the front door you are welcomed by a modern open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with stack windows opening up to beautiful sea views. The open plan flows into a space where there is a TV and a fireplace. On the same floor you have two bedrooms that share a bathroom that doubles as the guest bathroom.

On the ground floor you have two bedrooms, both en-suite. The one bedroom has sliding doors that opens up onto a veranda. The other bedroom has a coffee station and a lounge with stack doors that opens up into the garden.
There is a patio next to the pool with a bar fridge and patio furniture. Next to the one seating area on the patio you have a sauna.
The garden is filled with lovely trees that gives a calm atmosphere to the whole place and there is a fire pit on the one side of the garden.
The entertainment area on the top floor has a built in braai and seated area, that is sheltered against the wind and is under cover, with breathtaking sea views and there is a table tennis table in the garage for hours of entertainment.
Please note that there are no pets allowed, but the owner's cat will stay at the house.
