This 105,96 Ha farm is situated in Moose Valley, a private game reserve, situated about 15 km from the Hamlet of Vanwyksdorp, and 35km from Ladismith. The reserve is about 4500 Ha, and game on the reserve include Gemsbok, Kudu, springbok, duikers, ostriches and abundant birdlife.

There is no infrastructure on the farm, so you can choose where to build you dream retirement or break away home.
Water is provided via a centralised pipeline and storage dams at 15 000 litres per month. You need to connect your water supply from this pipeline to your house where it can be stored in tanks. This will be at your cost.
Annual levies are R8 000 per annum.

You have 2 Ha exclusive use to build your house, and where nobody else have access to. Dogs can be kept, if they are contained within this 2 Ha.
