The white clapboard and natural stone pillars make an attractive exterior to this home situated adjacent to a large greenbelt with ocean and mountain views.

We enter a small vestibule where the staircase is situated neatly by the wall to the right (with a cupboard underneath) while on the left is a guest toilet.

We walk up the tiled staircase to the bedrooms. The main bedroom is en suite with sliders giving onto a balcony – and a lovely sea view.

Of the other two bedrooms, one also has a sea view; these share a full bathroom.
