This short-stay fully furnished studio is in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Davies tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The studio itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post and Onrus Beach. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases and braai wood. The studio features a communal braai area with a portable braai, and you can relax indoors with amenities like Fiber and a SmartTV so you can sign into your own streaming accounts. The kitchenette includes a little gas stove, microwave, hot plate, hot air fryer, and fridge.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. The studio has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower. For added convenience, on-street parking in front of the home, a wheelchair-friendly ramp, and a private entrance to the studio. In case of load-shedding, the studio has a backup power system to ensure essential amenities stay connected.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Enquire with the agent to confirm availability.
- Short-stay rentals only; long-term rental inquiries will not be responded to.
- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are only offered until 30 November, with a maximum of a 3-month rental at a time (no exceptions).
- Monthly rentals during December/January will not be considered.
- Rental and amenities fees must be paid for the booked period or at least 7 days in advance.
- Strictly no pets.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided; no spare linen or towels are provided.
- These are self-catering accommodations; units are not serviced by housekeepers. Guests must arrange their own.
- Guests must bring their beach towels.
- Guest must sign into your own streaming accounts
- Maximum of 1 guest.
- Strictly no smoking inside.
- No access to the garage.
- No laundry facilities, guest must use a laundromat.
