The upstairs area is filled with light through stacking doors, which lead to two decks boasting magnificent mountain and sea views. The free-flowing open spaces between the TV lounge, dining room, and kitchen create a sense of easy living. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that cooking is a breeze, and a dishwasher makes washing up quick and convenient. For longer stays, a washing machine is available.

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a King bed with a shower en-suite and fantastic mountain views, while bedroom 2 has a double bed with views of the deck and a shower en-suite. Downstairs bedroom 3 includes a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a 3/4 bed suitable for two small children or one adult, as well as a laptop-friendly desk space. The two downstairs rooms share a full bathroom.
For parking, vehicles can be accommodated in the double garage, and there's extra parking space behind the gate in the driveway for two more vehicles and a trailer. The home is equipped with an alarm system, providing added security and peace of mind.
**RENTAL INFORMATION**
- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.
- An exit cleaning fee will apply.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
